feat: Enable native desktop window mode with PyQt6

Add PyQt6 and PyQt6-WebEngine to requirements for native window support.
The app now runs as a proper desktop window (like the tkinter version)
instead of in a browser.

Gracefully falls back to browser mode if PyQt6 is not installed.

Install native mode:
  pip install PyQt6 PyQt6-WebEngine
