Fix: Enhance robustness of translation and transcription This commit addresses two key points of failure in the video dubbing pipeline:

1. **Robust Gemini JSON Parsing:** The translation logic has been updated to use a regular expression to reliably extract the JSON object from the Gemini API's response. This prevents errors caused by extraneous text or markdown formatting. If parsing still fails, a critical exception is now raised, stopping the process instead of allowing it to continue with untranslated text.

2. **Parakeet Transcription Error Handling:** The code now correctly handles the list format returned by the Parakeet model's `transcribe` method, making it compatible with the current library version. Error handling has also been improved to raise specific `ValueErrors` for unexpected output, preventing silent failures.
